Port Of Olbia Sno Yacht Marine Center

The project, born from the initiative of a refit company already present in the port of Olbia, involves the acquisition of new land and sea areas for the construction of buildings and docks for the various services provided to the nautical sector, particularly the yacht and superyacht sector.
The project is divided into the following phases: PHASE 1:
the construction of buildings to enhance refitting;
the construction of hangars for yachts and superyachts;
the construction of accommodation facilities for crews; and the construction of commercial spaces for industry brands.
PHASE 2:
the construction of buildings for fiberglass production;
the construction of buildings to house the production of one of the fastest boats in the world.
PHASE 3:
the construction of berths dedicated to luxury vessels;
the construction of a yard for the installation of one of the largest Syncrolifts in the Mediterranean.
