Port Of Taranto Molo Polisettoriale: Control Tower

FIDIC “Design, Build, and Turnkey” contract dated May 8, 2000 for design and construction work performed by SJS Buildings srl.
As part of the container terminal development project at the Multi-purpose Pier of the Port of Taranto, in addition to maritime works and functional redevelopment of the areas, the project also included the architectural, structural, and systems development of various buildings, including the design and new construction of the Container Terminal Control Tower.
The service also included preliminary surveys and investigations for the design phase, conducted in various phases: from preliminary to detailed design, up to construction, overseen by the construction management and site management team. The project also included:

• 3 office and service buildings (renovation);
• Border Inspection Agency premises (renovation).
