Requalification of the Tartaglia University Residence: Project Validated, Tender Procedure Forthcoming.

The Executive Design and Safety Coordination (CSP) services for the requalification of the “Tartaglia” University Residence (ESU Padova) have been completed, and the project has been validated.

The intervention has transformed a property decommissioned since 2012 into a modern structure, compliant with current regulations. The project focused on an integrated approach that delivered significant results:

• Seismic Improvement: Class elevation from G to C.
• Energy Efficiency: Implementation of a photovoltaic system and high-efficiency systems.
• Environmental Sustainability: Recovery of 70% by weight of non-hazardous construction waste.

Following the project validation, the tender procedure for the works contract will soon be initiated, with an estimated duration of 542 days.

The structure will thus be returned to the student community, ensuring long-term safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
