Born in Taranto (Italy) on 5 September 1954, Graduated in Engineering at the University of Bari - Faculty of Engineering in 1985, registered with the Order of Engineers since 1986. In 1995 he obtained the specialisation in Project Management at the LUISS University of Rome and in 1997 the specialisation in Project Financing.
Since 2011 he has been a Member of the Superior Council of Public Works as an expert, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 2c, of Presidential Decree 204/2006. Project Coordinator, Senior Expert, Responsible Designer and Works Director. His experience covers the various management sectors including general, economic-financial, marketing and technical-administrative aspects. He has held the role of RUP (Single Project Manager) on behalf of Port Authorities and other entities. FIDIC contract Expert and EU legal procedures for the implementation of state programmes and public investment plans.

Born on 15 February 1970, From 1995 to 2002 works as a Business Accountant and from 2005 to 2006 as an expert Chief Business Accountant. January - July 2005 had an experience to cover the role of Judicial operator for Court of Taranto. From 2012 enters in the S.J.S. Group as a Chief Business Accountant expert and in 2022 has been nominated as S.J.S. srl Company Representative.

Born on 10 September 1975 Graduate in Management Engineering at the State University of Novosibirsk in 1997, Russia Multi-disciplinary tasks were carried out along the years and various projects in multi-national and international environments, such as: preparation of international tenders for public and private works. Simultaneous multilingual (Italian, English, Russian) technical translation during meetings and videoconferences, and written multilingual technical translations.

His experience spans various fields, including support in the development of feasibility studies and business plans, preparation of bill of quantities, surveys, 2D/3D/4D graphic representation (rendering), and preliminary, detailed, and executive architectural design for residential, commercial, and industrial/port-related works. He also has experience in the implementation of Integrated Urban Regeneration Programs, a solid command of quality control processes in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, and skills in data entry and processing for information systems.

In professional carrier achieved master’s in architecture and digital design, performing the design and correlated to the design activities such as survey activities, 2D planimetric CAD drawings, 3D models of buildings and structures, design support in the task of Interior Designer, support of technical studies in the role of 3D draughtsman and development of photorealistic renders.

Luca Beleggia (Bologna, 1977) is a freelance Civil Engineer, registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Taranto (No. 3191 – Section A, Civil/Environmental). Since 2025 he has collaborated with S.J.S. Consulting S.r.l.,. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (LM-23) and is a Certified BIM Specialist – Structures (CEPAS Register No. 205, Bureau Veritas) as well as an Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit Structure.
He also holds certified qualifications as a Safety Trainer and Thermographic Operator, which he applies to inspection, diagnostics, and technical support for design activities. His core expertise spans: design of civil and infrastructural works; construction-site safety and HSE management (incl. Safety Coordination in design/construction); BIM and FEM modelling with multidisciplinary coordination; and thermographic analysis for building monitoring and diagnostics.
Giorgia is a freelance building engineer and has been collaborating with SJS Group since February 2026. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pavia in 2022, followed by a Master’s degree in Building Systems Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bari in 2025, graduating with honours (110/110 cum laude).
Her academic and professional experience has enabled her to develop expertise in building and architectural design, digital and BIM modelling, and the integrated representation of projects in 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D. She has a particular focus on information management, design process coordination, and the preparation of technical and graphic documentation.
She is an Autodesk-certified BIM Specialist (Architecture) and uses digital tools to support design, information modelling and the management of the building process.
Born in Kavala, Greece, in 1996, is a freelance civil engineer specializing in structural engineering, who has been collaborating with SJS since September 2026.
Throughout his academic career, he developed expertise in the structural and dynamic analysis of structures, earthquake engineering, and Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis. Complementing this core focus, his background also extends to cartography and disaster risk reduction policies. He supports his analytical work through MATLAB programming and is highly proficient in industry software such as SAP2000, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS Pro.
Education: He holds an integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Track) from the National Technical University of Athens – School of Civil Engineering (May 2022) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering for Risk Mitigation from the Polytechnic University of Milan – School of Civil, Environmental and Land Management Engineering (July 2026).
